Had no choice. I lost the fight with brother, but the other fights, although
I broke my hand, the other person was out of work for months longer than
myself.

I prefer not to fight, but on occasion, it's just unavoidable.

I've since modified my straight punch so that it lessens the chance I'll
break my hand, while still allowing me to put force behind it.
