I think you mean Windows Movie Maker, yes, it is included in XP Home
Edition. You can download and install it FOC if you somehow find that it is
not there -

If you mean Movie Maker...you already have it.

If you cannot find it...just go to...Start / Run and
type...moviemk.exe....then press enter.
