Where is the "'standard text printer"

Where is the "'standard text printer" in XP Pro SP3?
I don't even have Microsoft listed in the printer makes in the Add
New Printer list as it used to be (I don't know when, though).

It is listed under manufacturer "Generic", the first printer listed there is
"Generic / Text Only".
