cannot access secondary user accounts
 

hi, when helping a friend set up her WinXP home I have
created secondary limited accounts for her. however,
when trying to log on for the first time I get a popup
error message on the login screen that the account is not
available !!!??? I have even gone back into the
main/admin account to delete said account and created
another new, limited one but still receive the same error
message!!??
any help here is much appreciated
