Loopback connection
 

Hi,

I have been trying to open up a program. I get a message saying it may be
blocked by a firewall or loopback connection on the local machine. I believe
it may be the loopback connections because I have tried everything else as
far as the firewall goes.

How can I resolve the problem and get the program to work??
