Is there a Windows 7 newsgroup?
Looked under all microsoft.public.windows.* but can't find anything that

Microsoft has quit the NNTP service, and wants everybody in their "Social" web groups. I think these are what you are looking for: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/...egory/windows7 -- Norman ~Oh Lord, why have you come ~To Konnyu, with the Lion and the Drum |

If you had a decent newsreader, instead of that Live Mail thing, you'd be able to search newsgroups with "windows7" in their names, and you'd find alt.windows7.general. It has the usual complement of kooks, but also some quite helpful people, and I recommend it. -- Stan Brown, Oak Road Systems, Tompkins County, New York, USA http://OakRoadSystems.com Shikata ga nai... |
