https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window...2019_Update%29

"Version 1909 (November 2019 Update)

The Windows 10 November 2019 Update (also known as version 1909
and codenamed "19H2") is the eighth major update to Windows 10
and the second to use a more descriptive codename.

The update is intended to be delivered as cumulative update to
the May 2019 Update and carries the build number 10.0.18363. === one higher than 18362

The first preview was released to Insiders who opted in to the
slow ring on July 1, 2019.
"

That's not really an ISO.

The next ISO will be in 2020.

some really testing first.

Thank you!

It's just a Build 1903 V2 ISO. Someone said 1909 did appear as Insider
Preview.

I am about to build a 1903-V2 for a customer too.
I git throttled by one missing plastic fastener! But
it is due to arrive Monday

Holy god thank you. This means they're going to one year between "major"
updates. Every six months was so damned annoying.
