File Comparison App With A Proper View

So far the file comparison apps are not very intuitive to use.
But please do not go on about that.

What I am looking for is one that will display unicode like Windows/File
Explorer and will show a comparison like the following.
I have left out the other parameters like size and attributes but it
should show these also.

DRIVE X DRIVE Y
FileName Path State FileName Path
File1 X:\Fldr1 = File1 Y:\Fldr1
File2 X:\Flder1
File3 X:\Flder2
File3 Y:\Fldr9
File4 X:\Flder1 File4 Y:\Fldr1

A blank is where the file does not exist on the other drive in the same
subfolder name.
e.g. File3 is not on the Y:\Flder2 but is on Y:\Fldr9
e.g. File4 is in the same subfolder but has a different date or size or
both. Attributes do not make the display put them on different rows.

I have a program like this but it does not display unicode.
I will do a sync in either or both directions.

I need one that will work with unicode.

SyncToy has a preview mode, which generates a list of what it's going to
do (copy, create, delete, etc.); this might be not too far from the
format you're after. I don't know if the list is exportable, and/or
whether any of the other sync/copy utilities do/can/whatever.

CCleaner displays unicode and it can export to a txt file:

Try "Beyond Compare".

https://www.scootersoftware.com/

Right click, choose two folders and you have a variety of
choices (hex compare, checksum compare, image compare, pdf/text
compare etc).
It's not free. US 30-60 depending on version.

I think the latest versions of WinDiff works with unicode. Certainly
I've not had any problems on W7 with the version I have here, except
that it won't tell me what version it is :-( but I found it by searching
for something like:
site:microsoft.com WinDiff W7 compatible
