Can't open attachment
 

Open Outlook express and click on the Tools icon on the
main toolbar. From the drop down menu select Options. In
the Options window that appears select the Security Tab.
In the security window the first section is called Virus
protection. at the bottom of this section you will see a
box with a tick in it and the words 'Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially
be a virus' Click on the box with the tick to remove the
tick then click the Apply button followed by OK. You
should now be able to open your attachments.
