Warning to the newsgroup about Snit
 

Snit has spent the last few decades trolling two newsgroups
(comp.sys.mac.advocacy and comp.os.linux.advocacy) as has ended up in
everyone's filter. This has effectively kicked him out of the groups.
Since nobody responds to him there anymore, he is looking for a new
place to troll and this is it.

Snit is a MAC user and will continuously ask you questions to which
there is no one perfect answer. No matter what you tell him, he will
debate it and compare it with what the Mac offers. To "win" the
debate, he will manipulate what you said, come up with false quotes or
change the order in which you said things.

In other words, he is someone you shouldn't want to converse with.
It's up to you to decide whether he is truly as bad as I claim.

Ask about him in the aforementioned newsgroups if you doubt my word.

most of us have him killfiled since he carbon copies more than a hundred

Good. I'm just glad that people don't bother to engage him. When I
arrived at comp.os.linux.advocacy around 2013 or so, the place was
still fairly active. Now, NOBODY talks because he usurps every single
thread with his inane banter and ruins every single conversation. I'm
not too active here, but the conversation has always been alright. If
