What does this mean? I'm not the best with puters! Is it a firewall? How can
I get it to work? I'm using the latest XP.

Greetings Dan,

You might want to try with MSN Messenger instead, as it will give you a specific error code
that you can use to better identify the problem, and even has a connectivity troubleshooter
for a few basic problems:
