Windows Movie Makers Task List

All the links under my WMM task list are white besides the category main
titles. I have to hover over little sections of the task list just to get the
little info popup to tell me what that specific link do. It has been this way
ever since I have installed sp2. I recently installed sp3 and it didn't fix
this problem either. It makes editing my videos extremely annoying and
difficult. I have asked around for help but everyone is stumped. Any help
would be nice. This is the about info from my Windows Movie Maker;
Microsoft ® Windows ® Movie Maker
Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814-1236 : Service Pack 3)

Windows ® Movie Maker Version 2.1.4026.0

Something to try...

Close Movie Maker.

On an Internet Explorer screen...go to...
Tools / Internet Options / General tab / Colors button

Left click the Unvisited button and choose
a color (Blue for example) / OK / OK / OK

Now open Movie Maker and see if it worked.
