Add Program to Startup

I am trying to add a program to start when I start windows. I have tried
going through the "help" menu, but with no luck

It had me going to startrunmmcfileadd/remove snap ingroup policies. .
..but there is no "group polocies" listed!

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Add Program to Startup

One way is to locate the program you want to start, then do this:
1) Right Click, select Send to Desktop (create shorcut),
2) Cut the Shortcut. then open the Startup folder for your Profile,
3) Paste it in STARTUP.

There are other ways, but this sounds like it's what you want.

ps: alternativelly, you could paste the shortcut in the AllUsers Startup
Folder, that way it's available to everyone that uses the system

Perhaps we are reading it differently, but it sounds to me like the
OP wants the program to start when Windows starts, not when a user
logs in.

To the OP: Start | RUN | gpedit.msc
