Pop-up balloon
 

Could someone please help me with a problem I am having
with a balloon that comes up at the start of my setting
in XP. The message states "you have files waiting to be
written to the cd". My problem is that there are no
files waiting but this message is always coming up. I am
not sure if this is the proper forum for this request,
but I am desperate. Thanks to you in advance.
