Clearing "Feedback Frequency"

Version 1803 build 17134.48

How do I turn off (select 'Never') Feedback Frequency. Mine is set to
'Automatically', and greyed out.

There's a .reg here.

https://winaero.com/blog/locked-diag...-version-1803/

You can put the following into a registry file, right click and "Merge".

***************** Fix locked Diagnostic and Feedback Frequency.reg **************
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\WindowsUpdate]
"ManagePreviewBuilds"=dword:00000001
"ManagePreviewBuildsPolicyValue"=dword:0000000 1

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Siuf\Rules]
"NumberOfSIUFInPeriod"=dword:00000000
***************** Fix locked Diagnostic and Feedback Frequency.reg **************

Before using that, make a note of the current Registry values in
those keys (if present), so that you can easily put the
registry back if needed later. Either those are new
entries, or, they're receiving new values for some
existing entries. If you want to "undo", you need to
keep track.

Still no-go. Originally:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\WindowsUpdate
was present, but with no values, and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Siuf
was present, but with no "Rules" key

I applied the reg tweak, and both key edits/creatioins merged fine, but
the Feedback Frequency is still not accessible. It's still set to
Automatically, and greyed out.
