Should be sound, but there is not. When I check "Sounds and Audio"
The speaker volume is grayed.

What to check next?
Thanks

What you are seeing just shows that the codecs are installed and that
has nothing to do with your sound card...that is not installed as you
have two unknown PCI devices.

Right click one the question mark (one at a time) and chose to u-pdate
drivers. If you do not know what your device is or do not have the
drivers you can first opt to go on line and update, it might find them.

Otherwise, go to the website of your sound card's mfg and get the
drivers from there.

Please repost with more information, including the manufacturer and model
of your computer or motherboard, or your sound card if it is separate from
the motherboard..

Or to the motherboard vendor (as the audiuo chip-set may be embedded on the
motherboard) and obtain the audio driver for winXP from them.
