SP2 IE stalls opening new win
 

When I am surfing a web site and cick for added info (ie example
windows update site) a smalled pop up window opens and the windows
shows busy but nothing ever happens...

the window just sits there open and blank..
I have shut off pop up blocker no change made the site ok with pop up
blocker no change and even played with the java settings no chancge..
any ideas??

and a little more info:

I have shut off many items in the add ons to see what happens now I
get same open windows with nothings showing but now I get an erro
message this is what it says. Can anyone determine what it is tryin
gto say as to why the window sticks opne no data?? :
