My PC has Windows 10 Pro 32 bit which is validated with a key.
If I upgrade to 64 bit will I need another key?

No.

Doing a *clean* install, it will use exactly
the same key it is using right now.

The key is valid for either 32 bit or 64 bit
for a given trim level of OS.

So if you did a Win7SP1 Pro to Win10 Pro upgrade,
the license key used, works for 32 bit or 64 bit.
I could have done it this way:

free upgrade install
Win7SP1 Pro 32bit ------------------------------ Win10 Pro 32bit
preserves trim and bitness

followed by:

Win10 Pro 64 bit *clean* install (uses the same key, by Digital Entitlement)

You could download the 64-bit ISO from Micro$oft he

https://www.microsoft.com/en-hk/soft...load/windows10

If you change the user agent string of your browser to Linux, you could
access the ISO links directly.

Note that you can *not* upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit. The only way to
get there is by doing a clean installation.
