Hi Lola,

Delete it from the XP CD Recovery console.

Or boot from a Windows 98 boot disk and delete it from there.

Good luck

Brett,

Try this:
Open a command prompt (Start Run cmd) and browse to the desktop:
Documents and settings\Username\desktop ( typing cd (Change
directory))
Open task manager (Ctrl + Alt +Del) and kill explorer.exe from there

In the command prompt, type : del source_hdr02

In Task manager, open a new task -- explorer.exe

Good luck

hehe yes. What a pain in the rear that thing was. How does something like
that happen? It was just a corrupt tiny little download (gotta love 3
adjectives). You would think a administrator would be able to delete
anything or there would be a window that said "this file is being used by
another program. Are you sure you want to delete it?" Makes too much sense
I guess. Thanks again for your kick butt help. I learned some vauluable
comand line stuff today. :)
