vmware error while powering on internal error

I get this error while powering on (internal error) Windows 10 TP in vmware
player. Did a search and found I must start virtual machine as
administrator. The question is how safe is it running vm with administrator
rights? Can this corrupt host system?

Thank you.

It would present no problem as everything in your virtual machine is
isolated from the OS (unless you have a shared folder)

Thank you for your opinion. I discovered that some VMware services were not
running. I think I stopped them through Task Manager. I had to do restart
instead of shutting down and booting again. This fast boot of Windows 8x/10
doesn't restart services.
