security essentials and one care

I'm using Microsoft Onecare at the moment. I understand they have brought out
a new security program called Security Essentials. I'm confused as to what
to do.
Do I load it to run a long side Onecare?
Do I load it and then uninstall Onecare?
Do I uninstall Onecare and then load it? Or do I do nothing?
