Where to place comregdb.bak when restoring to alternate location?

When I use ntbackup to restore the System State to an "alternate location",
the "COM+ class registration database" is restored as a file named
"comregdb.bak".

Where is this file supposed to be placed?
What folder does it go into?
Do I need to rename it?

The other files are pretty obvious (Program Files, Documents and Settings,
Windows, etc.).

Thanks for any help.
