I am half way there! Now I can be heard from my neighbors computer.

Aloha I am now half way there! I can be heard at my neighbors computer. But
I still can NOT hear her!
I followed these directions you gave me but at the Internet Gateway there
was nothing called that.
Can you direct me further??
