When I go to start/all programs/accessories/tools
I no longer see the disk cleanup and defrag programs there.
Can someone help me find them and get them back there again?
I did install a program...

No Icons at Startup
When I started up my XP machine today things went as usual until the
wallpaper appeared on the screen, but no icons were on it.
I used another computer to search for suggestions to this problem...
