Explorer hangs when opening folders containing MPEG2 (.mpg) files

Every time I open a folder with an MPG ( or MPEG) file In windows 7,
Windows Explorer crashes. Even on my Desktop, when I drag my mouse on
the file (and even not clicking it!) Windows Explorer...
