runas script to launch batch file

Hello again. I have another program that need to be lauched by a batchfile
however it needs to be run as a different user

here we go.

batchfile name is: mount-truecrypt.bat
inside has this:

your right I tried on another computer and it works just great. I am running
xp pro sp3 fully updated.
anyways I found /y worked on my machine and before it wasn't that's just
weird
