Why are my files compressed?
right click the folder and select Properties-Advanced button. Uncheck the
box that refers to Compress contents to save space and OK out of there.

Delete Restore Points
You can remove all of them but the latest Restore Point or you can remove
all of them. You cannot selectively delete Restore Points.
