Where are rundll32 parameters located

I was looking in my Scheduled Tasks and found a task whose command was
'rundll32 dokv.bna, ypzcfawb" which I believe was some spyware I
disabled some time ago.

How does rundll32.exe locate such...

Does the Windows Task Scheduler have a way to run a command a settime after the user logs on?

Does the Windows Task Scheduler have a way to run a command a set time
after the user logs on?

I prefer it to run the first time anybody logs on, whether manually or
if the computer is set to logon...

How can I configure a vertical Windows XP taskbar to stop it expanding?

I prefer to place my Windows taskbar vertically on the right, but I
want it to be one icon wide not two, that way if I have multiple
copies of the same app running I can hover of the apps icon for it...

Common scripting language for firewall administration

Is there some standard scripting used by Windows firewall software, or

Do these system files have verified MS signatures?

I am using Process Explorer to verify file signatures on Windows XP
and the following Microsoft files are not verifying.
This in spite of running Kaspersky AV and currently...
