MSCONFIG Replacement
Is there a MSCONFIG replacement that will allow sorting and or
searching of all panes on a tab so I can find stuff especially in the
Services and Startup tabs?

Avoid SanDisk USB Sticks
The ones I have are the slider in/out with a spring function; USB3 32G

OT Web Page Capture App
Is there an app that will capture all contents of a highlighted area on
a webpage, text and images, and put in a .DOC or similar editable
format? I can save to a PDF but get all the other garbage...

7-Zip Install
On Win 7 Pro 64 bit.
New PC.
It installs and show in start menu but does not have the usual stuff
like Windows Explorer right click menu to unzip all etc.

It has an Express Card Slot and PC Card Slot (not MMC).
