2. Go into task manager and kill "phafxfa.exe", "svhost.exe",
"smbdins.exe", "sethcd.exe" and "tsmsetup.exe."
- In task mgr. with see all users clicked I see none of the following
processes....

The owner of the computer would have no idea how to change Registry. I
suspect she may have deleted Libraries, Homeroup, Computer and Network from
the WE NAV Pane somehow. I was hoping for a way...
