JVC Camcorder not recognized by Movie Maker

I have a new JVC G350 mini DVC. I installed a firewire board intom my PCI
EXpress slot and my Dell says it is working properly. The camera icon shows
up in Device Manager with a yellow questionmark...

Video cam capture problem

Steve, I am having the same problem with a new JVC GR350U mini camcorder. My
1394 ports are working and the camera is not recognized by Movie Maker. I
don't know what else to do. JVC says it is not...
