Windows XP won't boot

I can't boot my Windows XP Pro workstation. Ctrl-alt-del doesn't work,
start=shutdown=restart doesn't work, nor does log off.

Help needed - XP Pro Freezing Up

I thought this issue was related to just IE but today I realize, the issue
affects my XP system in general, not just XP. I thought it was only IE

If you right click on my computer, there is an option there to map a network
drive.

I have a website that I ftp data to all the time. Is there a way that I can
map a drive letter to this ftp site...
