XP Pro running 386(i) but have AMD

I have AMD 64 but I notice that XP is also running 386i from service pack II
is using a lot of the processor time. Can I safely uninstall the 386i
software it's running.

Not sure if this is the info you need.
It opens on the general tab and the info is:

processor 1.30GHZ
1.30ghz 224mb of RAM

I have 37.31GB
used - 17.7
free - 20.13
The RAM Memory under task manager is
