Hi ty so much for the info, i tried to open it but cant id love to wipe it
and vac it inside but it has these little screw type things and on the heads
of them there is no place for a screw driver...

today just b4 i was running my symantec anti virus and in about 1/2 hour i
see the puter was off so thinking it was just the screen i then noticed the

Ty so much for explaining how to get to that setting, well i went there and
it has 2 keys to click f2 and f12 and neither has an opt to click the words
bios or lan local area network im guessing...

oh my i dont have that anymore, my pc has been turning on by it self each nt
and i was told to look for thoes things, well someone told me to hit f2 on
reboot and i did and a black screen came up...
