Windows blank black screen
When I start computer the windows startup screen shows then when it starts

I download the program and checked the spike on the graph and everything
points to explorer.exe. All processes under explorer.exe are running real
low or not at all.

All the short cuts on the desktop and in start/programs properties Target
Type show that they are a .lnk not as an application. Not sure how to change
all these short cuts.

I went into my computer, properties and unchecked the automatic startup.
Computer still restarts. No new hardware or software has been installed. No
