too) when using WinXP, sp3 there are a few machines that hang for a fairly
long time (ie 30 +/- seconds) when one clicks on...

Is there some way to restore the default 'Send To' options when

Windows\Downloaded Program Files folder
It's weird because they deleted that folder on a few machines (the entire
folder) but it apparently only adversly affected a few programs on each
machine - namely Roxio and some scanning software...
