Can't logon, keeps cycling Logon process

Tried these solutions, but the problem persists (i.e. unwanted Device Driver
Installation Wizard after installing larger Western Digital 120 GB IDE drive
in laptop). Any other options for this one...

Figured it out (should have got this sooner): It was because two of the
machines w/shares that the drives were mapped to were down.

Windows\Downloaded Program Files folder

It's weird because they deleted that folder on a few machines (the entire
folder) but it apparently only adversly affected a few programs on each
machine - namely Roxio and some scanning software...
