LAN is working but Internet is not working

Can you ping a public IP address, for example ping 4.2.2.1? If yes, check
the DNS settings. If not, post the result of ipconfig /all here.

LAN is working but Internet is not working

Can you ping a public IP address, for example ping 4.2.2.1? If yes, check
the DNS settings. If not, post the result of ipconfig /all here.

If all computers are in the same subnet, you can share them even they are no
in the same domain or workgroup. in the shared computer run net share
command and in the remote computer run net view...

It could be some files are corrupted. You may want to run Microsoft's System

It could be Symantec Antivirus issue. For troubleshooting, try to disable it

If the mapping IP doesn't work, I would check the firewall settings. For
troubleshooting, try clean boot.
