SP3 does not install Net Framework 2.0!

I installed SP3 but discovered that it does not install Net Framework 2.0. Is
my conclusion correct?

After opening an empty folder

After opening an empty folder, I have noticed 4 writes-to-disk. How could one

print-outs are too dark

When I look at a JPEG image on the screen, it looks just fine. Bit when I
print it, the image is too dark. I have tryed other JPEG images but the
result is the same. Any help is appreciated.
