Windows Vista upgrade advisor error

This morning I downloaded the vista upgrade advisor from MS. I ran it on two
computers and received tis error:

we could not contact the web service at this...

And then a scheduled task to run the script, probably weekly.

And then a scheduled task to reboot the computer.
