OT - Broadband bandwidth caps

Ask AT&T/RoadRunner. They cannot have a 'hidden' term of service - if there
is such a limit on your account they must tell you.

Have you checked the Startup tab of MSCONFIG to see if they can be turned
off there? Sounds like someone put shortcuts to them in the Start

Upgrade to Windows 7 or not?

I have Tow Computer but one Audio Out

You probably cannot, unless you're willing to buy a long extension cord for
your sound-out on the other computer. Sound devices generally cannot be
