Quanta Computer Inc, Tablet PC Buttons in Windows update

This update installed today on my Tablet PC, & on my next reboot, the
keyboard seems to be locked up!
I've tried to boot up with an external keyboard, & via remote desktop,
but cannot get around...

Hey Joe,
I ran the netsh command, and received a message that "The Helper file
DGNET.DLL could not be loaded".
dgnet.dll is in the system32 folder, so it's there, but something is
wrong/corrupt......

to connect to the internet over our home DSL connection.
