No matter what I do to "take possession" of a folder or file I want to get
rid of I get "Access Denied." How do I get past this?

W-7 lost sound
This is not a great month for me computer wise. Aside from being unable to
get a barely used Vista to see it's HD so I can reinstall the OS from the
CDs that came with it, my W-7 lost it's sound....
