update fail

ok kinda figure that out on my own but i would really like to know how to
"fix it" not what to do next time...i can't get it to work at all and i've
even tried reinstalling my original copy of XP...

problems after removing virus

i had the xp defender virus and installed malwarebytes to remove it after
running the scan and restarting my compter any program that i try to open it
just gives me a box the says "open program...
