HTTP stops working after 10 minutes

HTTPS and FTP OK but no HTTP after 10 minutes

I got exactly the same problem, however after a reboot it works just fine for 10 minutes, then suddenly HTTP pages can no longer be displayed, while HTTPS and FTP connections continue to work....
