Yes, you can rejoin C and D drive into one by a third party partition software like AOMEI Partition Assistant or Partition Magic....

you can use AOMEI Partition Assistant allocate free space from your C drive to D drive, then D will be expanded and thelow disk space warning message will not pop up.
