Can't sign out of XP help

I tried both SIGN OUT buttons but it will not sign me out, Whats wrong. I
just signed up to DSL from DIALUP will that have anything to do with not
bieng able to sign out. Thanks again all.

I put a new 80 gig harddrive in my desktop an would like to wipe all the info
off the old 80 gig. Is there a program in windows that will do this?? I still
have it installed in my desktop but not...
