Modem wont work in xp help needed

I have a dual boot system. XP and 98se.

I have several pci slots and two isa slots.

The ISA slot sound card works without a problem in both 98se and xp.

The ISA modem drivers work in windows...

128 mb memory (I know it is low)


I didn't say Cable Dsl wouldn't work with W7 or Vista.

At least ATT requires xp or above, they wont order if you tell...
