Gerry,

I was able to press F8 and choose "disable automatic restart on system
failure" but it did not seem to change the startup behavior. It still posts,
then goes to a black screen and reboots....

Hit start, The pop up for shut off or restart pops up . Hit restart or shut

Thank you for the step by step instruction. It seems to work now. I also
tried a fix called DaylightSavingFix.exe and that works too in case anyone
have similar problems.
