That was it! Everyone group was missing from access. Added everyone and it
works perfectly.

How do i get the full listing version of ipconfig, that is all that has been
displayed each time i ran ipconfig from the command prompt.

I think part of the issue has been a firewall issue.

To start over i previously had a wireless network setup at home from a desk

got no response ping from any computer to another computer they all timed out.
