windows batch file find command cmd line string

find . -type f -print0 | xargs -0 -I{} grep -l abc {} | xargs -I{} emacs --eval='(find-file "{}")' --eval='(search-forward "abc")'

Is there any way to run a find like that on Windows
in a batch...

What does Irfanview Edit -- Auto-crop borders do?
I open an image that needs plenty of cropping and select it but nothing
happens until I manually crop the image.

Moving Windows & Cortana & Task View to a different position on the Task Bar

I have my task bar set up like most people where the FIRST thing is the
Windows, Cortana, Task View triad.

The second thing is the jump lists (or whatever they're called) and then
the third thing...
